Investigate Redistricting Manipulation

Help us expose the truth behind California’s redistricting process — and fight for fair maps that represent the people and not special interests.

The Transparency Foundation has launched an investigation into the 2022 maps drawn by California’s so-called independent Citizens Redistricting Commission to determine whether special interests, political parties, and politicians were able to unduly manipulate the drawing of district lines for US Congress and the state legislature. 

Based on the findings of the investigation, the Transparency Foundation will outline specific reforms to improve transparency and integrity for the next round of redistricting.
